CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes, you can collect all Brunei orders from the following address on Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 6:00pm.

DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we deliver worldwide with tracked shipping for all orders made outside of Brunei.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer free delivery within Brunei on orders over SGD200.
We deliver within Brunei at the following rates:
Tutong, Belait and Temburong SGD8
We offer tracked delivery to South East Asian countries at a flat rate of SGD30.
We offer tracked delivery to the rest of the world at a flat rate of SGD45 (roughly GBP24 or USD32).
All orders being shipped outside of Brunei may be subject to duty, VAT and local taxes. Before placing an order, please contact the local customs and import offices of the destination country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
1-2 business days to deliver within Brunei.
3-5 business days (excluding customs delays) to deliver within South East Asia.
5-14 business days (excluding customs delays) to deliver to the rest of the world.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you'd like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return for a refund or an exchange.
We cannot accept returns for refund or exchange on cloth diapers and swim diapers due to hygiene reasons.
We cannot accept returns for personalised items.
All sale items and orders made with discount codes are final and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
All items must be returned new, unused and unwashed. Any item, which does not meet this requirement will be returned to the customer.
We can only accept returns for whole items. Bundles, sets, etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs. Please keep a record of your tracking number for your return package. Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched.
Once received, returned items are processed within 10-15 business days.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! We are so sorry. This doesn't happen often. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis. Damaged or defective items can be replaced and/or refunded.
